Reminder: The more you let me know what you need, like, want, don’t want as we go along for the first couple of months, and seriously overcommunicate this, the quicker the team gets trained. Training people isn’t easy, which is why you hired us, and we understand that. But giving us feedback helps us get to know your business better.
Also, the tickets. The more clear the request is, with all the information and a loom video explaining what you’d like to see, the closer we can get to fulfilling your request the first time. This eliminates the back and forth and the frustration that goes with that. A good ticket sets the foundation for the task!
