I read “The 4 Hour Work Week” by Tim Ferris about outsourcing!

Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to hire people to do the work that took most of my time, and that didn’t require my expertise, then I saw that I would have more time to bring on more clients and increase my revenue.

My plan was to start interview employees.

So, I started searching online for places to find people who were looking for work. But we didn’t stop there.

We then started hiring.

After that, we trained our new employees.

In the end we were able to save so much time.

But I was spending so much time, energy, and can’t forget about frustration trying to find people, interview them, train them, manage them and all the back and forth, and having to fire people and start whole process over again.

Then I figured it out, I cracked the code that eliminated all of that work and frustration.

By chance I was introduced to a friend’s friend and I hired him and he found a whole network of highly skilled workers in Indonesia.

Building on that success, we decided to create a company that allowed business owners to get the same freedom I found without the frustrations I dealt with at first.
