We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions on the Website at any time without notice, and by using the Website and its Content you are agreeing to the T&C as they appear, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use our Website or its Content.

The words, design, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through this Website (“Content”) is our property and is protected by United States intellectual property laws.

If you have purchased a service, program, product or subscription or otherwise entered into a separate agreement with us you will also be subject to the terms of that agreement or those terms of use, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict. Online purchases have additional terms of use relating to the transaction.

Payment Terms

You agree to pay the fees, in such amount and for such billing frequency as specified during registration, in full, before any obligation of the Company to perform under this Agreement. You further agree that, upon registering for the services through the Site, you authorize the Company to charge your method of payment (e.g. credit card) for the fee on each anniversary of your registration date, based upon your billing frequency (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually).

Payment of the fees shall be in such amounts and at such times as set forth by the Company through information provided to you and as authorized through the sign-up and registration process. Your account and access to the services provided via the Site may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. You represent and warrant to the Company that such payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription with the Company at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Company services through the end of your paid billing term.

Refunds

You may request a full refund “Within” the first 14 days of your subscription. However, if you attended an event and were offered a 60-day money-back guarantee, then you are eligible for a refund of your first 60 days of services if you are unhappy with the service and/or the final product of work completed during that time. Due to the nature of working with new team members there is an “awkward” phase while you get used to working with them, and they get used to how you work and like things done. Because this phase is awkward we want to make sure you exhaust all avenues before giving up so you can fully learn to delegate to remote teams, which is a life skill that will help you succeed not just in business but your life in general. So, to claim your 60-day money-back guarantee you need to have met the following criteria:

• If you are not happy with the service, you will be required to give DeskTeam360 a minimum of five revision iterations on a single task. We find that sometimes there is miscommunication between our clients and our team. Our account managers work with our clients and our team to resolve communication issues.
• If you are not happy with the service, you will be required to connect with your account manager via Zoom calls at least 4 times during the first 60 days. This provides you with the opportunity to express your concerns to the account manager. The account manager will assist with the communication with the team to help the team learn what you are looking for. The account manager may also provide tips on creating tickets for the work you are requesting.
• If you are not happy with the service, you will be required to jump on Jeremy’s weekly group calls at least 4 times during the 60 days to get his assistance with outsourcing best practices. Normally, issues do get resolved with the assistance of your account manager. However, Jeremy has 20 years of experience in outsourcing and his expertise is invaluable.
• If you are not happy with the service, after you speak with your account manager on two occasions, you may request to work with a different DeskTeam360 team. We recognize that sometimes people and personalities are not always a fit. (If, at this point, you are not happy with your account manager, you will need to speak to Jeremy about the concerns so he can discuss placing you with a different account manager.)
• If you are not satisfied with our service, you must provide us with valid reasons for your displeasure via a Zoom call.*
• To process a refund you must stay with us for a minimum of 60 days. That gives us enough time to learn what you are looking for with your work requests, as well as for you to learn how to best utilize your DeskTeam360 team. (Hiring anyone is a process; if you give up and don’t give the process a chance, you will not receive a refund.)

*We want to communicate in person. We pride ourselves on being real people who care about you and your business, as well as the team we employ. We are a solution-seeking company and wish to resolve any issues through respectful communication.

**You would lose the copyright of the final product (design) and you would be requested to not use it for any official or non-official purposes.

Beyond the 10-day window, there are no refunds for partial subscription plans under any circumstance, including unused time on a plan. Promotions, upgrades, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable.

You, the client, are responsible for using the Company’s services after payment is received.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to the Website and its Content, in full or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Website or Content affected by such cancellation or termination.

The restrictions imposed on you in these T&C concerning the Website and its Content will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or us.
