Ticket Q/A and Speed: 3/12 from now, everything will work smoothly, but in the first 30-60 days we’re training the team for how you’d like us to work. Do you want things back quickly with little to no QA review at our end or would you like us to make sure it goes through a QA process every time? Some people, like Jeremy, want it back fast so he can give revisions. Other people don’t want it back until it’s done right. We have a person do the work and they do the absolute best they can, then have a manager review it, going over all your instructions to make sure it’s done exactly right. This does take more time so you’re not going to get that ticket back as quickly as you would if we just sent it directly back to you. Again, this is only during those first 30-60 days because the team does get faster because they know how to work with you. And your feedback is always imperative to helping train the team with what you like. It takes just a minute or two to give some loom feedback.

Reminder: The more you let me know what you need, like, want, don’t want as we go along for the first couple of months, and seriously overcommunicate this, the quicker the team gets trained. Training people isn’t easy, which is why you hired us, and we understand that. But giving us feedback helps us get to know your business better. Also, the tickets. The more clear the request is, with all the information and a loom video explaining what you’d like to see, the closer we can get to fulfilling your request the first time. This eliminates the back and forth and the frustration that goes with that. A good ticket sets the foundation for the task!
