Next Week's Posts Are Already Due

Social media content is the job that's never done. It's like laundry. You finish this week's posts, and next week's are already in the basket.

So who makes the posts at your shop when the week gets busy? If the answer is you, after the client work is done, this page is for you.

Let me say what DeskTeam360 isn't. We're not your community manager, and we're not your strategist. We don't reply to comments or decide what you post.

Here's what you get. The same people make your graphics, carousels, story templates and short videos every month, and they learn your brand as they go. The work comes back ready to schedule. If you run an agency, it can go out under your name.

And it's part of a full team that also handles your websites, development, automation and AI workflows. So social is never the only thing you can hand off.

What the Team Makes for Your Feeds

Here's the social work you can send over.

  • Feed post graphics: single images, carousels and quote cards
  • Instagram and Facebook story templates
  • Reels and TikTok cover graphics
  • LinkedIn post graphics and banners
  • YouTube thumbnails and channel art
  • Short-form video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Social clips cut from a longer video
  • Ad graphics for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

A task can be as plain as this one: "Create 10 social graphics for next month."

So there are no surprises, here's what stays with you.

  • The words. They come from you or your copywriter, and the team turns them into the post.
  • The plan. Your content calendar stays yours. We're here to execute, not consult.
  • The replies. Responding to comments and DMs and managing your community is outside what we do.
  • The ad budget. We make the ad graphics and the ad video cuts. We don't manage ad spend.

Social is one piece of what this team does. For more ideas on what to send, see the full list of tasks you can hand off.

Why the Same People Make the Difference

A feed only works when it looks like one brand made it. That's hard when a new person touches it every month.

The name for how we work is insourcing. It means we brought our team in-house, into one office, under one roof.

Every team member comes into our office to work, with a team leader who holds them accountable.

So you work with the same people every month. They get to know you, your business, and how you like things done.

When someone's out sick or on vacation, the team keeps moving. And the office has backup power and more than one internet connection, so an outage doesn't stop your work.

You won't be managing any of them, either. Your North American account manager is your point of contact. They speak fluent English, assign each task to the right specialist, and check the work before you see it.

To send a batch of posts, put the task in our request form or send an email, and attach your words. How much runs at once depends on your plan: one, two or three tasks at a time. You can line up as many as you like. When one is done, the next one starts. Most tasks ship in 1 to 3 business days.

The step by step version is on our How It Works page.

No More Wondering if the Work Is Getting Done

Gaynor owns Charisma Ink. When she told her story, the agency did PR, digital marketing, ghostwriting, book publishing and influencer marketing. Before us, she had a series of contractors. Her words about working with us: “I Don’t Have To Worry About If They Are Working On My Tasks Or Not Because I Know They Are.”

If you've ever wondered whether next week's posts were getting made, you know why that line matters. Gaynor's story is on our site.

Libra Growth Labs is a growth consultancy. They had our team put together their ads for social media, along with video edits and landing page wireframes. The title of their story sums it up: they switched to DeskTeam360 and were able to focus on strategy and growth. Read the Libra Growth Labs case study for more.

The Price Doesn't Change With the Number of Posts

It's one flat monthly rate with unlimited tasks. Your plan sets how many tasks run at once, and every plan covers every service.

  • Entrepreneur: $1,497 a month, 1 task at a time
  • Marketer: $2,994 a month, 2 tasks at a time
  • Agency: $4,491 a month, 3 tasks at a time

There are no contracts, and you can cancel any time. There's also a 30-day money-back guarantee. It's a full refund within the first 30 days, with no conditions. Compare the three plans to see which one fits.

Questions About Social Media Content

Do you schedule and post the content, or just make it?

We make it and hand it back ready to schedule. From there, it goes into whatever scheduling tool you already use.

Do you write the captions?

The words come from you or your copywriter. If you help us train AI on your voice, the team can write for you. Send your words with the task, and the team turns them into the graphic, the carousel or the clip.

Will you plan my content calendar?

No, and I'd rather you hear that now than after you join. DeskTeam360 is not a replacement for your marketing strategist. We're here to execute. You decide what to say and when, and we make it.

Do you run social media ads?

We build them, but we don't manage them. The team sets up ad accounts, builds the ads, and makes the ad graphics and the ad video cuts. We don't monitor ads or conversions, and we don't make suggestions based on conversions. If you want that kind of help, you can ask me on our weekly group calls.

Which platforms do you make content for?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. For anything else, here's the rule of thumb. If you can describe it clearly in a written brief or a short Loom video, there's a good chance we can do it.

Can you make social content for my clients under my agency's name?

Yes, white label is on all plans. The team works under your brand. Our name doesn't appear on the work, in emails, or in the project system.

Tired of being the one who makes the post? That's the first thing to hand off.
