One Assistant Is One Person

How many times have you pushed a website fix or a follow-up email to next week because you didn't have the time?

So you start searching for a virtual assistant for small business. I get it.

But one assistant is one person with one set of skills. The website fix takes a developer. The new logo takes a designer. The follow-up emails take someone who knows your CRM.

You can hire help by the hour or put someone on payroll, but there's a third way, and we call it insourcing.

Insourcing means we brought our team in-house, into one office, under one roof. DeskTeam360 is a dedicated production team on a flat monthly rate, with unlimited tasks and no contracts. You get developers, technical Virtual Assistants and designers on one team, plus a North American account manager who runs the work for you.

You work with the same people every month. They learn your brand, your preferences, your standards.

What the Team Takes Off Your Plate

Every plan comes with the same team: a North American account manager, a team leader, 2 developers, 2 technical Virtual Assistants, 2 designers, and me on 2 weekly group calls.

Here's the work that team does.

  • Websites: WordPress, WooCommerce, landing pages, redesigns, bug fixes and custom features.
  • Website care: updates, security monitoring, speed work, backups and uptime monitoring. Website maintenance is included in your plan.
  • CRM and automation: GoHighLevel and HubSpot setup, pipelines, workflows, and Zapier and Make automations.
  • Email and funnels: campaign builds and sends, welcome series, lead nurture sequences and landing pages.
  • AI workflows: chatbot setup, workflow automation, and AI powered follow-up sequences.
  • Video: YouTube edits, short clips for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and webinar and course edits.
  • Tech support: if you can log into it, we can help you with it.
  • Design: social media graphics, logos and branding materials, ebooks, lead magnets and presentation decks.

Not sure if your task fits? The rule of thumb: if you can describe it clearly in a written brief or a short video, there's a good chance we can do it.

Now here's what we don't do, so there are no surprises. We're here to execute, not consult. DeskTeam360 is not a replacement for your marketing strategist, business coach, or ads manager. You bring the words, unless you help us train AI on your voice, and then the team can write for you. We set up ad accounts and build the ads, but we don't manage them. That means we don't monitor ads or conversions, and we don't make suggestions based on conversions. For that kind of help, you can ask me on the weekly group calls. And we don't do payroll.

What Happens After You Send a Task

You send a task. Drop it into our request form or send an email. Write it out, record a short video, or attach a doc.

Your North American account manager reads your task, assigns it to the right specialist, and checks the work before you see it. Your account manager speaks fluent English and bridges any language gaps with the production team.

You don't deal with the team directly unless you want to.

Most tasks ship in 1 to 3 business days. You review the work and ask for changes. Revisions are unlimited on every plan. Then the next task starts. Bigger projects get broken into tasks and done in order.

Your plan sets how many tasks run at once: 1, 2 or 3. You can line up as many tasks as you like behind them.

Every team member comes into our office to work. It has new computers, three different internet providers and two backup power sources. A team leader works in the office with the team and holds them accountable.

So when someone's out sick or on vacation, the team keeps moving. With one assistant, a sick day is a day your work waits. You get around-the-clock attention.

Could you build a team yourself? Sure you could, and our guide on how to build a remote marketing team walks through that route.

Service is online only. We serve any US state, plus Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Two Owners, in Their Own Words

Archana Shrestha is a physician and the co-founder of Women In White Coats, an online business. Before DeskTeam360, the co-founders spent half of their time on tech tasks with their website, landing pages and graphics.

When something came up, they didn't have anyone else to ask.

Here's what changed, in her words: “I didn’t have to hire different people for different things, they are all just centralized in one place with DeskTeam360.”

The team also helped with an emergency, when the site was so slow people weren't able to log on. Read how Women In White Coats started growing the business

Krystal Davis is behind Wicked Wine Run and Fit Tribe Gym, a gym in Mansfield, Texas. Before DeskTeam360, she had worked with individuals, agencies and small businesses for her graphics and website work. With DeskTeam360's help she rebranded her in-person events for the virtual space and had it set up and running in 2 weeks. That was her launch, not a promise about yours.

She had this to say about the team. “The longer we’ve worked together the better the service has gotten because the designers and programmers have gotten to know my style, what I like, what I don’t like.” And this: “It’s nice having one message to send and the team figures it out.”

What It Costs

You can see plans from $1,497 a month in our pricing section. There are three. Entrepreneur is $1,497 a month for 1 task at a time. Marketer is $2,994 a month for 2 tasks at a time. Agency is $4,491 a month for 3 tasks at a time. Every plan covers the same work, and the only difference is how many tasks run at once.

You don't need a full plan for hosting ($29 a month) or maintenance ($99 a month), and our website care and tech support page is where to start.

You get your time back for the work only you can do.

Questions About Hiring a Virtual Assistant or a Team

How much should you pay for a virtual assistant?

I can't give you one number for that. It depends on who you hire and what you have them do. Here's what I can tell you, which is what we cost. Entrepreneur is $1,497 a month for 1 task at a time. Marketer is $2,994 a month for 2 tasks at a time. Agency is $4,491 a month for 3 tasks at a time. It's a flat monthly rate with unlimited tasks, and every plan comes with the same team.

Should I hire a virtual assistant or a whole team?

If all of your work is one kind of work, one good assistant may be all it takes. When the list has a website fix, an automation and a video edit on it, that's three sets of skills. That's when a team fits better.

Will I have enough work to keep a team busy?

That's a fair question. Krystal at Fit Tribe Gym said it this way: “Some weeks I might fire off zero to two requests for the team. I fired off three or four requests already today and it’s just nice knowing that someone who I trust has got my back and can take care of it.” Tasks are unlimited, there are no contracts, and it's month to month. The place to start is the work you keep pushing to next week. When you run low on ideas, our list of tasks a team can take off your plate has more.

Who is DeskTeam360 not a fit for?

If you only want design, we're not the fit, because DeskTeam360 is not a design company. If your main problem is strategy, we're not the fit either, because we're implementation. If you want per-project pricing, that's not how we work. It's one flat monthly rate. And if you're a very small solo business or an enterprise, we're probably not the right team for you.

I've been burned by outside help before. Why is this different?

I get it, because I dealt with the same frustrations. Here's my own history: over a million dollars spent outsourcing across 13 years with 200-plus freelancers. Work not getting done well or on time became a recurring issue. That's why I created our insourcing model. Everyone is coming into an actual office. It has new computers, backup internet, and power, with managers. And we created a special culture where our people are happy and producing consistently for you.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts. It's month to month, and you can cancel any time. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee. That's a full refund within the first 30 days, with no conditions.

Let's get the work you keep pushing to next week off your plate.
